When does registration open?
The Registration for ICECSP 2026 ends on September 02, 2026.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers through our secure Razorpay payment gateway. International attendees can pay using international credit/debit cards.
Is there a refund policy?
Refunds are available until August 31, 2026. After this date, no refunds will be issued. For cancellations, please contact the registration team at registration@icecsp2026.org.
Do I get a registration confirmation?
Yes, you will receive an email confirmation immediately after successful payment. Your registration includes a unique registration number and details about the conference schedule.
Paper Submission
When is the paper submission deadline?
The paper submission deadline is June 15, 2026 (firm deadline). No extensions will be provided. Papers must be submitted through the EDAS/EasyChair submission portal.
What are the paper format requirements?
Papers must follow IEEE format.Use the IEEE paper template available on the conference website.
How long does the review process take?
The review process typically takes 6-8 weeks. Authors will be notified of the acceptance decision on July 15, 2026. Camera-ready papers are due by August 04, 2026.
Can I submit papers in multiple categories?
Authors can submit multiple papers, but each paper will undergo independent peer review. However, a single author cannot present more than 2 papers at the conference.
Attendance & Logistics
What is included in my registration?
Your registration includes 2-day conference access, keynote speeches, technical sessions, workshops, meals (breakfast, lunch, evening snacks), conference materials, and a certificate of participation.
Is accommodation provided?
Accommodation is not included in the registration fee.
Do I need a visa to attend?
International attendees may require a visa to enter India. NIT Delhi will provide invitation letters and documentation to support your visa application. We recommend applying 2-3 months before the conference.
How do I reach the conference venue?
NIT Delhi is accessible by air (35 km from Delhi airport), train (25 km from New Delhi station), metro (3-4 km from nearest station), and road. Detailed directions and transportation options are available on our Venue page.
Certificates
Will I receive a certificate?
Yes, all registered attendees will receive an IEEE-signed certificate of participation. Authors will also receive a separate certificate for their paper presentation.
When will certificates be distributed?
Certificates will be distributed during the closing ceremony on November 26-27, 2026. Digital copies will also be sent via email after the conference.
Can I get multiple certificates?
Yes, if you attend multiple sessions or present a paper, you can request additional certificates. Contact the registration desk during the conference.
General Questions
Who can attend ICECSP 2026?
ICECSP 2026 is open to researchers, academics, professionals, students, and industry experts interested in electronics, communication, and signal processing. No specific qualifications are required.
What is the expected attendance?
Based on ICECSP 2024's success, we expect 400-500 attendees from 20+ countries, including researchers from leading universities and industry professionals.
Will proceedings be published?
Yes, all accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings and submitted to IEEE Xplore for indexing. Papers will be accessible to the global research community.
