Paper Submission Guidelines

Document Format Requirements

  • Use IEEE conference paper template (available on submission portal)
  • Format: PDF file only (maximum 5 MB)
  • Page limit: Full papers (6-8), Short papers (4-5), Posters (2-3)
  • Font: Times New Roman 10pt or larger
  • Single/Double column layout as per IEEE template
  • Include all figures, tables, and references within page limit

Required Paper Components

  • Title: Clear, descriptive, and concise (max 15 words)
  • Abstract: 150-200 words summarizing objectives, methodology, and results
  • Introduction: Problem statement and motivation
  • Literature Review: Related work and current state-of-the-art
  • Methodology: Detailed technical approach and innovations
  • Results: Experimental results with figures/tables
  • Conclusion: Key findings and future research directions
  • References: Minimum 15 relevant citations

Evaluation Criteria

  • Technical Quality: Soundness of methodology and rigor
  • Novelty: Originality and innovation in approach
  • Clarity: Well-written and easy to understand
  • Relevance: Alignment with conference scope
  • Significance: Impact and contributions to the field

How to Submit Your Paper

Step 1: Register Account

Create an account on the EDAS/EasyChair submission platform with your email and institution details.

Step 2: Submit Your Paper

Upload your PDF file, enter metadata (title, authors, abstract, keywords), and select up to 3 relevant topics from the conference scope.

Step 3: Assign Co-authors

Add all co-authors with their affiliations and email addresses. Corresponding author will receive all review communications.

Step 4: Review & Submit

Verify all information is correct. Once submitted, you'll receive a confirmation email with your paper ID (use for queries).

Peer Review Process

Double-Blind Review: All papers undergo rigorous double-blind peer review. Reviewers don't know authors' identities, and authors don't know reviewers' identities, ensuring impartial evaluation.

Review Timeline: Each paper is assigned to 3 independent reviewers from the program committee. Reviews typically take 6-8 weeks. Authors will be notified of decisions by January 20, 2026.

Review Decisions: Papers can receive recommendations to ACCEPT, MINOR REVISIONS, MAJOR REVISIONS, or REJECT. Papers with revision requests must be resubmitted with a detailed response to reviewer comments.

Camera-Ready Papers: Accepted papers must submit final camera-ready versions by February 28, 2026, incorporating reviewer suggestions and feedback.
